Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Clinical expertise: Medical nutrition therapy for prevention and management of chronic kidney disease using plant-focused nutrition strategies.
Lindsay is a registered dietitian and board certified renal nutrition specialist. She graduated with a degree in dietetics from the University of Vermont in 2008 and went on to complete her dietetic internship program at Simmons College in Boston, MA in 2009. Lindsay has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including acute care hospitals, rehabilitation centers and long-term care facilities. In 2014 she became a dietitian at a dialysis center and quickly realized that the majority of dialysis patients had not been told nutrition could have slowed the progression of their disease process. She firmly believes that nutrition should be offered to every person with kidney disease because it can make a big impact on improving health outcomes and quality of life. Lindsay loves showing her clients how to enjoy their favorite foods in kidney friendly ways.
She loves running, testing out new plant-based recipes and catching up on reality TV.
