Specialist Appointment Setup

Based on our conversation, we arrange an appointment with a specialist within the next two weeks. You'll receive a video appointment link via email, compatible with most mobile phones and laptops. 

Preparation Before Visit

We collaborate with your current doctor to gather necessary medical records, ensuring comprehensive care. If required, we'll provide you with a lab order to complete before meeting our kidney specialist or dietitian. We collect your medical records and vitals to make your visits seamless.

Video Visit with Specialists

On the scheduled day, click the video link to start your appointment. Our medical assistant guides you through taking vitals and answering any queries prior to meeting the specialist.
