  • After you book an appointment, we’ll send you a lab order form, which you can take to your local lab. We recommend you complete your labs at least two days before your appointment. Once we receive the results, we’ll send them to your doctor to review.

  • Some lab tests need to be done while fasting. We'll specify this on your lab order form, but if you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Our goal is to make sure your doctor can maximize their time with you, to give you the focused attention you deserve. It's for this reason that we recommend you get your labs drawn at least a couple of days before your appointment, so your doctor has time to review everything. If we have all the information we need, your doctor will review your complete medical history, records, and lab results before your visit.

  • If you are an adult with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD), or are at risk of developing CKD (for example, you have diabetes or high blood pressure), you are eligible for treatment with Reset Kidney Health. At this time, we do not treat patients with end-stage kidney disease, those on dialysis, or patients under 18.
