Dr. Kalyan Prudhvi is a board-certified Nephrologist and Critical Care Physician who currently practices in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center- Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He subsequently completed Critical Care Medicine training at Mercy Hospital-Saint Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis,  Missouri.  

Dr. Prudhvi's clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, secondary hyperparathyroidism, preemptive kidney transplantation, prompt timing of vascular access referral for hemodialysis and is dedicated to giving quality care to his patients.
